One Minute Workout!

 The one-minute workout is a high aerobic, fast-paced routine that only takes 20 minutes, but will leave you energized and sweaty. Set a timer for 1-minute interval with a 20-second rest interval for 15 rounds. Try to go through the 4 exercises as many times as you can in the 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds and repeat.
