Triple Tabata Workout

Here is a great Triple Tabata workout that hits all of your body and will test your strength and core and it will get sweating and your heart rate up too.

Set a timer for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest and complete each section 5 times - 10 minutes each - 30 minutes’ total
