The Minimal Workout Program

The Minimal Workout Program is ideal for those of us with busy lives and who haven't got hours to spend in a gym every week.

There are 3 full body workouts for the gym and 3 full body home workouts (only 2 dumbells and a swiss ball required), so depending on whether you're a gym goer or not you can still workout.

Each routine has 5 exercises that target all the large muscle groups, so we hit every spot without spending hours pumping iron!

The workouts suit all abilities, as they can be modified accordingly to your fitness level.
