Welcome to the Standard Online Program

This is our standard program and is good if you are just getting started, or if you are already a current gym member or home exerciser it will really keep you motivated and on the right track with personalised weekly workout routines, email support, progress tracking, cardio workout programs, a basic nutrition plan, accountability and lots more to achieve your goals as soon as possible.

 

Ready to get started?

Firstly Download the Waiver form, fill in your information and sign it. Next, complete the online PAR-Q, (readiness for exercise questionnaire) save the last page of the PAR-Q and sign it. Scan both of these completed documents and save them to your desk top.

Choose your method of payment

If paying by bi-weekly Direct Bank Payment simply void a current cheque, take a photo of it, then download a copy the CUPS Payment Form, complete your name and address at the top of the form and sign it twice at the bottom where it says "Payor" and leave all the other parts of the form blank, scan it and and save it and the photo of the voided cheque to your desk top.

If paying by bi-weekly credit card simply take a photo of the front of the card and save it to your desk top. (The CVV # on the back of the card is also required to complete payments but we will email you separately for this as an added security measure)

 If paying for the program with a single payment then send your credit card details as above.

Complete the Process

To finalize the signup process, attach the completed forms (and photographs) and email them to richard@rpefitnessinc.com 

After receiving your application it will be processed and you will be contacted soon after and your personalized program set up.
