What to expect

New clients often say to us that the vision they had of hiring and working with a Personal Training was actually nothing like how it actually turned out. Most are surprised how much they learn about how to move their body and lift weights correctly because surely it can't be that difficult! 

 

Our goals when working with people to achieve their goals are;

  • Making them feel comfortable around a gym space.
  • Taking care to make sure they are completing exercises safely for their ability.
  • Paying attention to good, safe exercise form.
  • Prescribing an exercise program that will work for their abilities, goals, restrictions and schedule.
  • Explaining what and why we are doing what we are doing.
  • Attention to detail and our giving our undivided attention.
  • Support and encouragement at our workout sessions and also via email and social media.
  • Listening to their questions and concerns and addressing them accordingly
